Game times for tomorrow May League
GIRLS SUMMER Strength & Conditioning - June 3-6 & June 10-13 for incoming 7th-12th Grade Girls: The first two weeks will look as such. Make sure you are present and coming to work. We will not wear jewelry to workouts. We will be on time, and we will get better. 8-9 AM: weight room 9-10 AM: basketball skills and softball skills. If you are basketball you will go to basketball and do skill work If you are softball you will go and work softball. You may bring your glove and bats to work cages and field. She will supply helmets. Summary: June 3-6 & June 10-13. Weights and basketball/ softball skill development After this two week stretch we will switch skill development to volleyball and alternate others.
May League volleyball games for the incoming 7th and grade girls have been rescheduled for Tuesday, May 28th. The first game of the lineup will begin at 11:30 AM followed by 12:30, 1:30, and 2:30 PM for each gym.
