
Groesbeck ISD was notified today that MySchoolBucks, our online payment portal for cafeteria payments, will increase the processing fee to $3.25 for all cafeteria credit/debit card prepayments beginning March 7th due to rising payment processing interchange fees and operational costs. These students are starting a new unit that will cover the human body. Today one of our own Groesbeck graduate and local chiropractor, Ty Chiglo, came and spoke to them about muscles and the skeletal system. Thank you for giving back Dr. Chiglo! The kids really enjoyed it!

H.O.W. enjoyed a visit from our neighbors the Red Goat Cafe! It was a wonderful treat for our staff and a great opportunity for some of our younger goats to pair with GHS cafe workers selling coffee and goat biscuits. We cannot wait for them to come back!

Mrs. Smiths PK class is learning about fruits and vegetables and reading this book “The Enormous Turnip”. One of her students brought a turnip for the class to see. They had a great time using their 5 senses to learn more about the turnip.
