This morning gave us the perfect opportunity to appreciate one of our newest improvements at H.O. Whitehurst! Thanks to our bond improvements, our new car line cover is officially doing its job! 🙌
Our students and staff were able to unload safely and stay DRY while the rain came down. Seeing everyone tucked underneath that cover this morning made us extra thankful for the investment being made in our school and our students.

Our 2nd grade Little Goats wrapped up their RLA learning about Paul Bunyan with a tasty connection—making flapjacks! ❤️🐐
After reading and learning about the larger-than-life lumberjack and the tall tales surrounding his adventures, students brought a piece of the story to life with a flapjack celebration! 🪓🌲🥞
