Teachers used the new communication system to send out automated calls to parents this week. All who did were entered into a goat pillow drawing. Congrats to Mrs.Brightwell!

Two months ago, GISD was informed that the ACE after school program and the Community in Schools program may both end May 31, 2023.
We are pleased to announce that ACE was renewed for 5 more years and that CIS will receive funding for the 23-24 school year!

Mr.Figueroa's Superintendent Food Council spent the afternoon sampling food. Double cheesburgers, teriyaki meatballs, chkn Caesar salad, pizza box, Bbq chkn, protien boxes, french toast, chkn biscuit and more.
They are providing menu feedback for items in the 24-25 school year.
