Kelley Young has been in education for 29 years. She taught first through sixth grade in Groesbeck ISD before entering into administration. She served as the EWIS Assistant Principal prior to becoming the Principal of the campus.

Mrs. Young received her Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University in 1996, and a Master of Education degree from Lamar University in 2017.

Mrs. Young is married to Michael Young. Together they have two beautiful daughters who are both married and have blessed Mrs. Young with 4 handsome grandsons.

Mrs. Young enjoys spending time with family, playing the piano and leading worship at Kosse First Baptist Church, and traveling.

Mrs. Young believes that true happiness comes from serving others. Education is her place of service. She lives by the quote, "Be somebody who makes everybody feel like a somebody."– Robby Novak (Kid President)
