All athletes planning to participate in Volleyball or Football MUST have a completed UIL Physical/Medical History form turned in. Additionally, all required UIL Forms must be completed in Rank One before the first practice in order to participate. 🏐HS Volleyball – 1st day of practice 📅 Friday, August 1st and for 🏈HS Football – 1st day of practice 📅 Monday, August 4th. All other athletes will also need to complete their paperwork ASAP.
