A school district’s tax rate is comprised of two components: the Maintenance & Operations tax (M&O) and the Interest & Sinking tax (I&S). The M&O rate is used to operate the school district, including salaries, utilities, furniture, supplies, food, gas, etc. The I&S rate is used to pay off school construction bonds. Bond sales only affect the I&S rate.

🏆 Groesbeck Tennis Bi-District Champs headed to Area Round today against Livingston at Huntsville HS at 10:00 a.m. 🎾 Go GOATS!
Cross Country Coach Matthus Lopez is incredibly proud of the cross country athletes for their hard work and dedication throughout the year. 📢 The Junior High girls finished 4th overall, with Journi Janes earning the title of Girls District Champion! 🏆 The Junior High boys are the District 20 Champions! Mason Lenoir secured 4th place, while Jack Pixler finished in 9th. Parker Meyers, Ryen Harris, Marquez Johnson, and Wyatt Condon placed in the top 20. 🥇 The High School girls qualified for regionals with a commendable 3rd place finish, including two athletes in the top 10: Khloie Marler in 2nd place and Clover Diaz in 9th place. 🎖️ The High School boys also had a strong season, finishing 5th at District, with Diego Lopez placing 13th overall. Way to Go, 🐐!!!!

🎉 4th Grade had a fun-filled day at Western Belle Farms! 🌾🐄🚜 They explored the pumpkin patch, navigated the corn maze, and even got to see farm equipment up close! It was a perfect mix of fun and learning, and we’re so grateful to Western Belle Farms for hosting us and helping bring our classroom lessons to life. 🍂💛
