The bake sale to raise money to help Ryen Harris and his family is happening in front of Family Dollar in Groesbeck right now! Swing by and get something yummy. If you can't make it to the bake sale and would like to help out with a donation. Ryen's family has an account at Incommons Bank in Mexia. Donations can be made to Sonora and Joseph Smith.

Bake Sale for Hope 💪
This bake sale is dedicated to supporting Ryen, a strong and courageous teenager, who is currently hospitalized. Together, we can help ease the financial burden and surround this family with love, prayers, and encouragement. 100% of proceeds go to support the family with any needs they have while staying strong and supporting Ryen as he fights for his life. The bake sale will be Saturday January 3rd at 8:00 a.m. in front of the Family Dollar in Groesbeck. Any donation would be greatly appreciated!

Accountability Rating Update: TEA has granted our appeal for the 2024–25 TEA Accountability Rating, and GISD’s score has been updated! The District rating is now a C, and the high school score increased from 70 to 79.

Mrs. McDaniel's class enjoyed an exciting journey as they experienced Christmas Around the World. Through cross-curricular lessons, hands-on crafts, and tasting foods from each country we “visited,” students explored holiday traditions in a fun and meaningful way. As they traveled, they proudly filled out their passports, making learning both interactive and memorable.
