Please join us at the Red Goat Cafe and learn more about how to keep your children safe in the virtual world we now live in, and to be aware of the dangers of certain apps and social media platforms. Today Coach Bomar hosted Windsor Nursing Home residents at the Homecoming Pep Rally. We are so glad they were able to come and celebrate Homecoming with us!

Happy Homecoming Friday! Last night, the GOAT tennis team secured its first district victory, defeating Robinson with an impressive 14-5 score! 🐐🎾
Groesbeck has gone 9-1 against Elkhart recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Groesbeck Goats will host the Elkhart Elks at 4:30 p.m. After the Goats made easy work of their previous opponent, one of two teams won't be so lucky on Friday.
Groesbeck is headed into the game having just posted their biggest win this season on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over Mildred. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Goats.
Everything went Groesbeck's way against Elkhart when the teams last played back in October of 2023 as Groesbeck made off with a 3-0 win. Does Groesbeck have another victory up their sleeve? We'll have the answer soon enough.
Join us tomorrow afternoon at 4:30 as the Groesbeck Lady Goats host Elkhart in the first district game of the season. Let's fill the gym with a sea of RED AND WHITE! Let's show Elkhart just how much school spirit the Goats have!
JV VOLLEYBALL PARENTS
Both JV tournaments scheduled for Saturday have been cancelled due to Homecoming festivities. The girls were given the opportunity to choose between playing in the tournament or participating in the Homecoming festivities. Unanimously, they voted to participate in the parade and dance on Saturday. Those tournaments will not be replaced.
Both JV teams will play tomorrow, Friday vs Elkhart. The Varsity game will begin at 4:30 in the main gym with JV to follow. JV1 will play in the main gym while JV2 will play in the back gym. Please come out and support these teams tomorrow evening and then slide over to the Varsity Football Game after the game.

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Every day in the US, 43 kids are diagnosed with cancer. In honor of all that are fighting or have fought this illness, GHS is going GOLD the week of September 24th to the 27th.
