Cade Duncan, Senior at GHS played in a two-day District Golf ⛳️ Tournament, where the top two districts scores advanced to the Regional Tournament.

GHS OAP Students are headed to Bi-District! Our competition will be Tuesday, April 1st @ Yoe High School in Cameron. Shows start at 10am, and right now it's looking like we will be the fourth school to perform. THIS SATURDAY, from 5 to 7pm, we are hosting our FIRST (in a really long time) FINE ARTS SHOWCASE!!!
We will have an open lobby from 5 to 6pm to check out all the amazing artworks and listen to our talented musicians in a gallery setting.
The theatre One Act Play will be presenting their AWARD WINNING play for audience view at 6 pm. You MUST have a ticket to watch, and those tickets are $5.00 each. This ticket money will go to the theatre department.

After a comprehensive process led by the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB), Dr. George Kazanas, Superintendent Search Consultant, the Groesbeck ISD Board of Trustees is honored to announce that the Superintendent from Westphalia ISD, Scott Cummings, as our LONE FINALIST for Groesbeck I.S.D. The 21-day wait period will end on April 9, 2025.

We will have a sendoff for our Regional Bound Powerlifting boys today!! We don’t have school Friday, so we will have a special sendoff in town, by the Groesbeck mural, at 3:30 pm! This is an opportunity for EVERYONE to come out and show our boys your support.
We give a HUGE shout-out to maintenance and grounds for keeping everything running smoothly and looking beautiful. Your efforts may not always be seen, but they are always appreciated. Thank you for creating environments where students can learn, and the staff can work! Go GOATS!
