Date Change for GISD PARENT UNIVERSITY... CHANGE your calendar and JOIN us on August 24th. GISD has changed the date of the first GISD Parent University program due to a conflict with the Back to School Bash that First Baptist Church is hosting on August 23rd!

Come out and support the Goats this Friday in Madisonville. JV scrimmage at 5:30pm and Varsity Scrimmage at 7:00PM. There is a $2.00 admission fee with all proceeds going to the THSCA benevolecnce fund.

Senior Picture day is Friday July 28th from 7am-4pm in the High School Auditorium and Library!!

ALL students, new to GISD and returning students, must register on-line to get your Chromebook and your new schedule at either Freshman Orientation on August 9th (6-7:30PM) or at all other grade level orientation on Aug 10th (12th grade 1PM-3PM, 11th grade 3:00PM-5PM, 10th grade 5PM-7:30PM). Attention Groesbeck Varsity Football Season Ticket holder!! It is that time of the year to renew your seats for the upcoming 2023 Football Season! Emails were sent out June 12th  2023  from  HomeTown Ticketing.  The deadline to renew your seats is July 21 at 11:59PM All non-renewed seats will be released for sale online to the general public on July 26 at 8AM. All 2023 Football Season Tickets will no longer be available after September 1 at 7PM or when Reserved Seats sell out.  For any questions, please contact Valerie Henson at 254-729-4101. Announcement- Two months ago, GISD was informed that the ACE after school program and the Community in Schools program may both end May 31, 2023. We are pleased to announce that ACE was renewed for 5 more years and that CIS will receive funding for the 23-24 school year!
