Just a reminder cross country does not have a meet this week. I have attached the schedule for the rest of the season.
My Superintendent Food Council met today for great conversation w/ Chef Adam, helping him create the Nov/Dec lunch menus. As a "thank you" for their hard work, I made them baby back ribs and brisket beans. The littles ate more than the HS kids!!

Come out and support the Lady Goats tomorrow as they face Buffalo at home. JV teams will begin at 5 with JV playing in the main gym and JV2 playing in the back gym. Varsity will follow the JV in the main gym. Tickets can be purchased online.

Please join us at the Red Goat Cafe and learn more about how to keep your children safe in the virtual world we now live in, and to be aware of the dangers of certain apps and social media platforms. Come to an informative Parent U session on Social Media and Cyber Safety with Texas Ranger Ken Shields. Learn about risks, how to reduce those risks, and what to do if something does happen.
Groesbeck ISD is offering its Substitute Classroom Training on September 10th from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the GISD Board Room, 1202 N. Ellis Street. To substitute in the classroom, you must attend training. However, if you attended a GISD Substitute Training last year or last month, you do not need to attend again.
